SHIPPING POLICY

Due to COVID-19, our shipping partners are experiencing higher shipping pressures. The delivery process may take longer. Thank you for being patient as we work to process and ship your order as quickly and safely as possible.

 

COSTS & DESTINATIONS

Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US (except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

 

SHIPPING TIME

For orders in stock, we will ship out within 1-2 business days, and they will be delivered in 2-5 business days. Once the order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. The carrier is FedEx/UPS/Smart Pot, and etc.

For pre-orders, please refer to the product page for shipping duration.

 

SHIPPING CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION 

Before shipping

Order Cancellation: Free.

Change of Address: Free.

Replacements and exchanges: Free.

After shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package for free.

Change of Address: If you change your address successfully, $18 will be charged. If you failed to change your address, you may reject to sign for the package.

Replacements and exchanges: You can exchange the item within 30 days, for free.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order, shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered on liene-life.com. For more shipping inquiries, email liene.marketing@liene-life.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

However, if the logistics order shows the items have been signed while you haven't received the package, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
