SHIPPING POLICY
COSTS & DESTINATIONS
Currently, we only provide shipping to Europe (Germany/France/Italy) and the lower 48 states in the US (except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

*For orders in stock, we will ship out within 1-2 business days, and they will be delivered in 2-5 business days. Once the order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. The carrier is Amazon/FedEx/UPS/Smart Pot/DHL/USPS, and etc.
CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION
Please submit an order modification request within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make any modifications.

After Shipping:
- Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and can't be modified, you can reject the package for FREE. If rejection or modification fails, customer can initiate a return.
- Change of Address: Once your order is shipped, we can't change the delivery address. You can decline the package for FREE if needed. If rejection or modification fails, customer can initiate a return.
- Order Modification: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified. However, customers have the option to place a new order and initiate a return for the original products. To ensure a smooth return process, please contact our customer service in advance. All return requests must adhere to our Return Policy and require pre-approval from our customer service team. Shipping costs for returns due to this reason will be borne by the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
- Tracking link of your shipment will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's site once received.
- You can track your order, shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered on liene-life.com.

To enhance your delivery experience, Liene offers Worry-Free Delivery, a shipping protection service powered by Seel.
If You Purchased Worry-Free Delivery
If your order is protected by Worry-Free Delivery and experiences:
- Loss
- Damage
- Delivery delay
Please submit a claim directly through Seel’s Claim Center.
How to Claim?
If you are unable to open the link in the email, you can also visit https://resolve.seel.com, enter your email and order number or policy ID, and follow the instructions based on your specific issue.

All claims will be reviewed and processed by Seel in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Liene is not required to provide refunds or replacements for shipping-related issues covered under Worry-Free Delivery, as these cases are handled directly by Seel.
If You Did NOT Purchase Worry-Free Delivery
For orders without Worry-Free Delivery:
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, customers must contact the local carrier directly.
- Liene cannot assist with packages marked as “Delivered” but not received.
- We can only assist with cases where tracking shows abnormal issues (e.g. lost in transit, stuck with the carrier).
All shipping-related issues must be reported within 3 days of the tracking status update.
