RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Liene Online Store customers (You) are allowed a 30-Day-Refund or Exchange-Period. All requirements under this Refund/Exchange Policy must be followed in order to receive a full refund.

1. Cancellation

  • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
  • If the order is canceled within 24 hours, no fees will be charged.
  • We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

2. Returns and Exchanges within 30 Days:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Return Conditions: To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must show no heavy signs of usage, remain undamaged, and is still in its new condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by all original packaging including all components.
  • Shipping fees: If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific shipping fee should be based on the express company.
    If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee and processing fee for this reason.
  • How to ReturnContact our customer service team for guidance on initiating a hassle-free return process, our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, we'll provide you with a complimentary return shipping label via email. An authorized carrier will collect the return package.

3. Free Return & Replacement for Shipping Damage or Quality Issues:

In cases of substantial shipping damage (resulting in functional failure) or if you receive a package with missing items, *significantly product damage, or other *quality-related concerns, you have two options:

  • You may choose to reject the package upon delivery.
  • Alternatively, you can contact our dedicated customer service team to coordinate a replacement. Liene will then provide a return shipping label by email, and the authorized carrier will collect the return package.

Rest assured, all costs associated with return and replacement will be borne by Liene.
To expedite resolution and enhance efficiency, we kindly request photographic or video evidence.
*(Definition of "significantly product damage": Visible damage to the product's primary structure or functional failure.)
Please Note: The following scenarios are considered normal conditions and do not qualify for free replacement or refund:

  • Minor external packaging damage.
  • Damage or wear to components resulting from frequent use.

4. Refunds:

  • To request a refund, customers must complete and submit a return or refund request by contacting our customer service team via email liene.service@liene-life.com. It is crucial not to dispatch a return package to Liene without receiving this notification, as we will reject shipments without a scheduled arrival. Any associated costs or losses will be the customer's responsibility.
  • After the returned product(s) arrive at our warehouse and their eligibility is confirmed (typically within 3-5 business days), Liene will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be credited to your original payment account within an additional 2-3 business days. We recommend that customers contact their credit card company or bank if the refund does not appear in their account after 3 days, as different fund transfer processes may result in minor delays.

DISCLAIMER: Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered that are not suitable for resale will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage caused by customers are not covered under this policy.

We reserve the right not to accept returns for credit after 30 days of the original ship date.
