4×6" photo paper measures 4 inches by 6 inches. It supports photo printing only and cannot be used for print & cut stickers.
4×7" sticker paper measures 4 inches by 7 inches. It supports both photo printing and print & cut stickers.
If you design stickers on the canvas, make sure 4×7" sticker paper is loaded. The printer cannot print the project on any other paper.
How do I know which paper size is loaded?
Check the width adjuster in the paper tray. If it is at the 4×6" mark, 4×6" photo paper is loaded. If it is at the 4×7" mark, 4×7" sticker paper is loaded.
