Connect your device with your computer

1. USB connection

The first time you add a printer, click Add Printer in the top-right corner of the home page, then select USB connection. We recommend USB because a wired connection is more stable.

Make sure the printer is on, then connect it to your computer with a USB cable that supports data transfer. Click Got it to open the search screen, select your printer and click Connect. Note: The last four characters of the device name are the last four characters of its serial number (SN).

Once connected, you will return to the home page automatically, and the connected printer will appear in the top-right corner.

2. Bluetooth connection

On the home page, click Add Printer in the top-right corner and select Bluetooth connection.

Make sure the printer is on and its blue light is flashing, then click Next.

Find your printer on the Bluetooth search screen and click Connect. Note: The last four characters of the device name are the last four characters of the MAC address. Once connected, you will return to the home page and the printer will appear in the top-left corner.
