Mobile/Tablet:
Tap the task queue icon located on the right side of the homepage to access the current task queue.
What is the difference between a printing task and a cutting task?
As picture below, The cutting task is marked with "cut" in the upper right corner, while the printing task is not.
How to cancel the task?
In the task queue, tap "cancel" on the right side of the print task. Selecting "cancel printing" in the confirmation pop-up window will cancel the print task;
P.S：The task can only be canceled after the printing transmission is complete.
PC version:
Click on "Devices" in the upper right corner of the interface to display device information, then click on "Task Queue" to view the current print job queue.
